Lisa was an absolute nightmare to work with. The borrower purchasing her home had sub-par credit, a recent short sale, declining income, etc, and without any knowledge of his qualifications, she continued to insist that the loan should be closed in 2-3 weeks, got her seller riled up, persistently badgered every party in the process to the point where no one wanted to field her calls, and was extraordinarily unpleasant and deliberately rude every time we interacted. She only prolonged the transaction because we had to waste time fielding her calls 5 times a day without giving anyone space to complete the task at hand. Does not work well with others and will assuredly delay your closing. There are better options out there.
