Slow and unprofessional

Doesn\'t check emails or cell messages, known for being slow to respond, not just hours but week\'s. Cuts corners. Verry out dated on skill set and poor customer service. Turns something most realtors do in hours into days or weeks, so if you plan on buying or selling property with Bruce plan on it taking longer than planed and pushing back deadlines.
