This company operates via the WORST ETHICAL PRACTICES my family and I have experienced. If you want invest in huge risk with being emotionally depleted by the end of your relationship with All Seasons Realty, then this is the company which to establish a one sided relationship. Brace yourself for a hard fall, lack of rightfully owed money, lack of maintenance, and lack of response from the owners to top it off. Milton and Carole Hudson, the owners, refused to respond to multiple forms of contact and STOLE our money.

We drove across two states in a moving truck to a house that we had viewed two months prior. They assured us that it would be professionally cleaned, all repairs completed, and all appliances installed. When we showed up on move-in day, the house still had the owner\'s furniture inside, was filthy, did not have all working appliances, and was UNINHABITABLE. We refused to sign the lease and they refused to return the several hundreds of dollars that they had taken from us prior to the move in. I have written one negative review on yelp and this is THE one. Beware! Avoid!
