Do yourself a favor and never rent from this guy. He doesn't even deserve the one star i gave him, but it was the only way i could write a review. He's unresponsive and money hungry. Our entire unit on Ogden Drive was invested with cockroaches and he could care less, it got so inhabitable that we had to move out after only two months of living there. I bet the jerk is renting it out again to some other poor tenants now, they are going to be surprised to find some cockroach roommates when he does. Not too mention he had the nerve to take our security deposit and then charge us for unpaid rent, when we had the right to refuse it under california law due to the fact the entire apartment was inhabitable. Now we have to waste our precious time in small claims court suing this asshole.
