If you're in the market for real estate services, I would highly advise you to look elsewhere for your needs. David Jefferies is a con artist turned "real estate professional," who will prey on you . David J. will not provide any constructive help to match your needs. He attitude is repulsive, and he will not hesitate to bash his clients. His demeanor especially around children is loathsome.
David J. is downright a fraud!
I would highly recommend you to seek services of any another professional who will cater to your needs.
