Awful experiencePains me to write this but needs to be said. Not about this office or the company overall but about one agent, Linda Schlarman. What an unfriendly, off-putting woman. We went to an open house one day and it was one of her associates there...warm, bright smile, young woman..totally set the positive mood. We went back the next day, excited about the condo, and Linda was there. Now the following is no joke or intended to be an insult...but as she looks nothing like her online photo (which must be 20 years old) we saw her in there my wife thought that a homeless person had snuck into the open house. She was all disheveled, with a totally disinterested in us and seemed agitated to be there. We asked a few questions and she couldn\'t even be bothered to look up from the magazines she was reading. Downright rude; totally unhelpful. Ruined the whole vibe of the house--we left with a bad feeling about her AND the property. But wow...I realize that in this crazy market that sellers agents don\'t need to lift a finger, but still, some basic courtesy & personal demeanor would be nice. She called me 3 days later (I had made the mistake of leaving my # on the sign in sheet) and basically was running down the list shaking people down \"Well do you want to make an offer or not?\". Just crass; not professional. Too bad it was a nice condo...but not nice enough to deal with a rude wingnut like her.
